Shipping policy

Spatial Technologies reserves the right to ship only when order is complete. Partial shipments could incur additional shipping charges and will require written customer approval.  Should there be significant increases in shipping cost after the quoted cost, Spatial Technologies will advise customer and adjust as necessary. Note that a full refund will be available if we cannot ship on your terms or revised shipping cost is not acceptable.

Spatial Technologies reserves the right to limit local pickup on certain items due to size, weight and availability.  Every effort will be made to accommodate local pickup.  

Spatial Technologies recognizes that our customers work everywhere in Canada, and we make great efforts to meet your expectations. However, some remote locations may require additional shipping accommodations. Please contact us if you would like a custom shipping quote prior to purchase.

Free Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all online orders of $249 or more. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or upgrading your gear, it pays to bundle your purchases.

 This offer is exclusive to online orders and applies automatically at checkout.

  • Spatial Technologies offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $249. To qualify the entire order must exceed $249 after discounts and before taxes and shipping applied.  This policy is applicable only to orders placed and paid through the Spatial Technologies e-commerce store online. However, the following conditions apply:

 1. Exclusions Based on Weight and Size

  • Free shipping does not apply to some bulky or heavy items or complete orders that exceed 30lbs (13.6kg).

 2. Geographic Restrictions

  • Our free shipping offer does not extend to some locations in Canada including, but not limited to, the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other areas deemed as “remote” by Canada Post or Purolator. 

 3. Shipping Carrier

  • Orders eligible for free shipping will be dispatched using Purolator or Canada Post, at the discretion of Spatial Technologies.  All packages are sent FOB Origin.  If you would like additional insurance, please contact Spatial Technologies before shipping occurs.

 4. Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 days for order processing.

 5. Excessive Freight Charges

  • In the unlikely event that excessive freight charges are incurred, Spatial Technologies reserves the right to exempt such shipments from the free shipping policy. If this occurs, you will be contacted prior to your order shipping to inform you of any additional freight charges not included at the time of order. At this point, you may choose to approve or cancel your order.

 This free shipping policy ensures that you are aware of the terms under which free shipping is offered and any potential exceptions that might apply.

Spatial Technologies reserves the right to change free shipping conditions without notice.

 

Our shipments are FOB Origin, ownership of goods in transit passes to the purchaser at the time that the transportation company signs the pick-up receipt.

All shipments are uninsured. When goods leave Spatial Technologies premises insurance coverage becomes the responsibility of the customer. The customer may request shipping insurance at an additional cost.

Should a shipment be lost or damaged in transit, the consignee must register a claim with the carrier. Spatial Technologies will be glad to assist with any claim by providing the necessary papers upon request.

Aerosol Paint and certain batteries can only be shipped via ground shipping methods.

Under no circumstances shall Spatial Technologies, nor our affiliates, agents, and suppliers, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials available in this site or any linked site, even if we are advised of the possibility thereof, nor for any claim by a third party.


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against any all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of this site.
